John H. Pflieger, Jr. has been one of the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area's top producing mortgage originators for more than 18 years. With settled loan production of more than half of a billion dollars, John has nationwide lending experience providing mortgage loans to families in more than 25 states. As a CPA and former CFO of a large local construction company, John is uniquely qualified at handling borrowers with high net worth, self employment and other complex financial situations.
John has also been very active in the community serving on numerous local community and nonprofit organization boards. His notable accomplishments have included President of the Rockville Chamber of Commerce, President of Rockville Scholarship Foundation and President and Founding Director of Rockville Community Baseball, Inc. (aka Rockville Express). John has an undergraduate degree in Accounting/Finance from Georgetown University and an MBA from George Washington University.
