Terry Kernan is the Branch Manager of our Frederick, MD office.  A 1984 graduate of Frostburg State University, Terry has lived in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area all of his life, rearing his own family in Derwood, Maryland.

Terry has over twenty years experience in the mortgage lending industry and is unrivaled in finding just the right loan program for even the most difficult situations. Terry takes a progressive view of mortgage banking. His keen intuition and exceptional insight into the subtleties of the business are why Terry is a master at making the toughest loans seem ordinary, call him.
