February 2, 2026
Presidential Bank Mortgage is proud to announce the addition of Brett Popish and Jenna Swanson, who will serve clients nationwide while being based in Colorado.
Together, Brett and Jenna lead the Own Your Future® Team, bringing a client-first philosophy, strong leadership, and a proven approach to helping borrowers navigate the mortgage process with confidence—no matter where they call home.
A Colorado native, Brett Popish has been helping buyers and homeowners achieve homeownership since 2003. With a disciplined sales background and a clear, results-driven mortgage strategy, Brett has guided thousands of clients through the financing process by focusing on transparency, accountability, and consistent execution. His approach is designed to give clients clarity and confidence from application through closing.
Brett is also deeply committed to personal development and mental toughness, drawing inspiration from programs such as 75 Hard/Live Hard, as well as the books he reads and the book clubs he leads. That same structure and focus carry over to his mortgage practice, creating a steady, reliable path for clients as they work toward their financial and homeownership goals.
As Branch Manager, Jenna Swanson is known for her hands-on leadership, clear communication, and commitment to delivering smooth, on-time closings. Her operational expertise ensures each loan is structured strategically and executed with precision, providing a seamless experience for clients and trusted partners alike.
“Brett and Jenna bring an exceptional combination of experience, leadership, and client advocacy,” said Presidential Bank Mortgage leadership. “Their ability to serve clients nationwide while maintaining a strong local foundation aligns perfectly with our mission and growth strategy.”
Outside of work, Brett enjoys spending time with his wife Jenna, their son Jackson, and their dogs, Stout and Sasha. He can often be found in the gym, reading, or exploring Colorado’s roads and trails with his family.
