Presidential Bank Mortgage Welcomes Clark Harvey to Utah Team

February 24, 2026

Presidential Bank Mortgage is proud to announce the addition of seasoned mortgage professional Clark Harvey to its growing Utah team.

With a career in mortgage lending that began in 1998, Clark Harvey brings decades of experience and a client-first philosophy centered on long-term financial success. His approach goes beyond traditional lending—helping clients build and protect wealth through smart homeownership strategies and tailored financial solutions.

Clark’s path into the industry is a testament to resilience and determination. Early in his career, he made the bold decision to leave a corporate role for a 100% commission-based position, armed with little more than a phone book and a drive to succeed. With a young family at home and no room for failure, that experience laid the foundation for the disciplined, relationship-driven approach he is known for today.

Throughout changing market cycles, Clark has remained focused on guiding clients through informed, confident decisions—not just completing transactions, but creating lasting financial impact.

“Clark’s experience and strategic mindset make him an incredible addition to our team,” said Jared Anderson, Utah Branch Manager at Presidential Bank Mortgage. “His ability to connect with clients and provide meaningful guidance aligns perfectly with our mission.”

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Clark has demonstrated a deep commitment to his community, serving as a community delegate for more than 22 years.

Known to many as “The BBQ Finance Guy,” Clark brings a personal and memorable touch to the mortgage experience. Whether it’s delivering expert financial guidance or celebrating a closing with vacuum-sealed brisket or ribs, he believes the journey to homeownership should be both successful and enjoyable.

Outside of work, Clark enjoys biking, hiking, riding his side-by-side (SXS), and spending time in Washington, Utah with his wife, their nine children—including three bonus children—and 18 grandchildren.
