I’ve been in the mortgage industry since 1998, and my mission is simple: to help clients build and protect their wealth through smart homeownership strategies and the right financial tools—including life insurance when it makes sense.

My journey into this business started with a leap of faith. I left my corporate job and stepped into a 100% commission role with no safety net—just a phone book and one instruction: start dialing. With four kids at home at the time, failure wasn’t an option. That experience shaped how I work today—disciplined, relationship-driven, and focused on results.

Over the years, I’ve navigated all types of markets and pride myself on helping clients make confident, long-term financial decisions—not just complete transactions.

I also believe strongly in giving back and have served as a community delegate for over 22 years.

What truly sets me apart is my approach. I’m not just a loan officer—I’m a wealth strategist. And yes, I’m also known as “The BBQ Finance Guy.” I believe the process should be both successful and memorable, which is why my clients might receive vacuum-sealed brisket or ribs at closing 😉

Outside of work, you’ll find me biking, hiking, riding my SXS, or spending time in Washington, Utah with my wife, our nine children (including three bonus kids), and our 18 grandchildren (and counting).
