Hello, I’m Dick, or as my Mother always called me - Richard, and I'm honored to share a bit about my journey with you.

With decades of experience in the mortgage financing industry, I've had the privilege of working with a diverse array of customers. Whether you’re a first-time homebuyer or a self-employed entrepreneur with multiple properties and complex tax situations, I‘m here to assist.

My goal has remained consistent throughout my career: to provide customers with valuable and dependable information to enable them to make well-informed decisions before embarking on real estate transactions.
Years of attentive listening to hundreds of customers' needs and desires have equipped me with the ability to swiftly analyze and recommend the most appropriate loan programs to meet their unique goals and objectives. This wealth of experience has also positioned me as a valuable resource for realtors seeking expert guidance.
My roots lie in Detroit, where I was born and raised with strong mid-western values. While I still maintain a deep affection for my hometown Red Wings, I'm also  a huge fan of the Capitals.

Beyond my professional life, I find great happiness in playing golf, a passion that brings balance and enjoyment to my days. I've been very fortunate to be joined by my wife Sher the last 39 years, and together, we cherish the companionship of our beloved Schnoodle, Crystal.

In addition to a successful career and a loving family, I've had the honor of serving our Country in the U.S. Army. My educational journey started at the Detroit College of Business and culminated in a degree from Benjamin Franklin University in Washington, D.C. With two children and two grandchildren, I'm deeply grateful for the richness that life has provided me, both personally and professionally.
