I bring nearly four decades of diverse experience in the finance and building industries, starting my career as a Builder/General Contractor in the 1980s before transitioning to finance as a loan officer specializing in new construction financing in 1993. Throughout my journey, I've held various leadership positions, including sales manager and branch manager, ultimately becoming an owner/partner of First Republic Mortgage in Annapolis, Maryland which was acquired by a prominent Builder/Development Company in 2005.

With a passion for mentorship and education, I've conducted seminars and Continuing Education classes in home building and renovation, fostering strong relationships within the real estate community. In 2010, I pursued my entrepreneurial spirit, founding a successful Custom Home Building Company that expanded into Design/Build remodeling services across five Maryland counties. Today, I leverage my extensive background in both building and finance to assist clients across Northern Virginia, Maryland, and the beaches of Ocean City and Delaware, empowering them to achieve their financial goals. 

Beyond my professional endeavors, I am deeply committed to community engagement, coaching high school women's basketball teams, competing in the Professional Bowler's Tour, and supporting philanthropic initiatives such as the Mickey Steele Foundation and Fish 4 A Cure, where I proudly serve as a founding member.
